Jennifer (she/her) began her yoga journey over 20 years ago and has trained under several master yoga teachers from the direct yoga lineages of the classic Iyengar and Ashtanga styles.

 

She brings a fun and nurturing presence to her classes while still challenging her students.

Janine (she/her) is certified as a Yoga teacher, meditation guide, Reiki healer, book club leader, life coach, and an author. Janine finds using all of these avenues she is able to meet her clients where they are.

 Cheryl (she/her)  is a life long learner and seeker of knowledge. Although born and raised in Tennessee she traipsed around the world with her husband and four kids for thirty years courtesy of the US Army before settling down in southern Colorado.

​

     She found yoga in 2016 as part of her recovery process following cancer treatment.  She came to yoga for physical healing but found the emotional healing that was even more necessary.

Andrea (he/him) is an Italian born yoga instructor who is living in the USA for the last twenty-one years and in the last five in Colorado Springs. His passion for yoga and Buddhist philosophy started in 1999 when he lived in Thailand. His life journey revealed itself when dealing with troubling health and family situations bringing him to realize his true next mission in life: to help people find peace through movement and breathing.

Andrea loves his dogs and together they walk and do yoga in the beautiful nature Colorado has to offer.

Melissa (she/her) is a native to Nevada and came to Colorado Springs in January 2021.  She’s a certified yoga teacher, nourishment and empowerment coach, essential oil specialist, birth-worker, and intuitive healer.  She’s also a mother of four, homeschooler, and an advocate for lifelong learning.  

 

She has been practicing yoga most of her life, but came into becoming a yoga teacher after some health and past trauma came to a head in 2019. Melissa loves to hold a deep, loving space for her students while they explore and discover themselves in that moment in time. She strives to build community and acceptance in all of her classes while infusing it with accessible movement, healing breathwork, and subtle body wisdom.

Ali Calfee (she/her) is a veteran, mom, and yogi. Helping people, and serving have always been a cornerstone of her life.  When she retired, she got her certification in Trauma Sensitive Yoga instruction. 

Ali's favorite thing about yoga is that it creates a safe space no matter where you are.  Stepping on the mat is stepping into that space. 

When she's not practicing yoga, she's ferrying around her mini me to all her after school activities and taking care of her three cocker spaniels and big ginger kitty.

Alexis (she/her) is a US Air Force Veteran & Ashtanga Yoga practitioner. She values the "come as you are" approach and incorporates playful & nurturing instruction while staying aligned with traditional guidance in the Mysore room with her students.

Our time together is fueled by invigorating breath/movement patterns accompanied by encouragement to stay enthusiastic in your practice and push beyond your self-imposed limitations.
